So I wake up early today because someone is cutting down a tree with a chainsaw right outside

my window. It was not the sounds (I can sleep through anything) so much as the smell. I vaguely recall chain saws against wood smelling strong. But I guess it is a burning like smell so I am glad I woke up. Means my sense of smell has returned since I quit smoking years ago. Anyone else ever quit smoking and had this happen?
