not sure why I'm spending time on this, but ..
1) Foxhoven says he doesn't think the mailing is the reason he lost his job.
2) He used government email (i.e., headers, websites, etc.) to mass mail Shakur lyrics and encouraged employees to listen to songs (at work?). Also had regular days when Tupac music was played in the office? (everybody likes Tupac?)
3) His Tupac fandom was apparently much more important to him than his job.
4) This is Iowa .. but where does this not get you in deep sh**?
