A clerk at the corner store just made my day.

While buying cigarettes, she double checked to make sure I was over 25. I'm 40.

(Provincial law requires clerks to ask anyone who looks younger than 25 to show ID proving they are at least 18)

when I was 30....she looked at my license and was floored.

That was 10 years ago. I can't pass for 18 now, but
no one ever thinks I'm 40 so I try to keep my mouth shut about it.

If I keep my hair colored , I sometimes till get carded for alcohol.

congrats!
