....when it gives you bad heartburn every time?
If I could take it with some yogurt, it would be easy.
But not supposed to take with food.
I tried taking half a tum before and after. Doesn't help much.

I take all meds with a squirt or two of applesauce from one of those little pouches.

Can you get the med in another form, check with the pharmacy.

They are usually pretty knowledgeable about these things.
Or talk to whoever prescribed the pill and see if there's an alternative.
