stating that the writer had all my information, including SS#, birthdate and would use it to open accounts all over if I didn't pay some amount in X days.

Finally had enough and wrote back that I had a 399 credit score, $50,000 in student loans, 2 evictions and alimony and the only thing I asked was that he/she used their address and telephone number so the collection letters and calls would stop coming to me.

Never heard from the letter writer again.
