"El Camino," the Breaking Bad movie, landed on Netflix today. Your thoughts?

I'm not going to say much, because I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it.

It basically lets you know what happened to Jesse after the series ended.

Anyone know when AMC is going to broadcast this? (I know Netflix & some theaters got first dibs) hlthe2b Oct 2019 #7
AMC stated on their blog, 2 months ago, that it would be on AMC "at a later date." That's it. Miles Archer Oct 2019 #9
Yeah. that's what I figured. I guess I should re-up with Netflix, but had hoped to avoid temptation hlthe2b Oct 2019 #10

I think it comes back sometime in 2020, hopefully in the first half of the year.

.... We are in a power outage (Northern California) 3 days! It just came back on. But earlier this morning, I had to download something that I could watch offline when I had to wait for the generator to cool off before refilling it with gas (and powering the internet, TV, etc)

So that was what I picked to watch during the downtime.

It was good! I won't give anything away, but I was reminded of how great the filmmakers/series makers were/are. Great cinematography, great acting, writing, everything. It kind of made me want to watch the series again.

The amazing thing was it took me straight back to Breaking Bad. Same exact feeling. And I want more.

My guess is that Netflix will have it as an exclusive through the end of the year.
