I lost about 25 pounds last summer. Then this school year, I had to take 34 hours and so I didn't really have any time, like, at all, to keep doing cardio.
Stepped on the scale after graduation, dreading the number, and saw that I hadn't gained a pound! I'm picking up right where I left off. Go us!!
