I just read 2 hints about 'True Blood' that I think tells what happens to a major character *spoiler

Ok first comment I read on the LA Times blog about True Blood:

http://www.latimes.com/entertainment/gossip/la-et-mg-true-blood-season-5-premiere-carpet-party,0,5684460.story

Bauer van Straten, who stole the season premiere at a screening just up the street at the Cinemadome, mentioned one scene that required her vampire character be buried in the ground.

"I had dirt everywhere," she said. "My husband, he's used to it. I mean, I was brushing my teeth and dirt was falling out of my eyebrows into the sink."

Then I read this about Tara:

Beside Russell, Tara will also return although she was shot in the head in the season 4 finale. "The interesting thing, for me, is the fans watching Tara recover. She kind of becomes a new woman. The journey she's about to embark on is out of control," said Rutina Wesley of her alter ego.

PLUS the fact they show Sookie shoveling dirt with a concerned look on her face. My guess is that Eric or Bill forces Pam to convert Tara to a vampire in order to save Tara's life.

What do you think? We'll find out in 6 days!

Sounds like you've got the dots to connect.

However, I just don't see Tara getting any more bitter than she already is, and still retaining a fan base. It would have to be some seriously good writing, giving her some entertaining sarcastic lines to offset anything they come up with.

Season #4 spent alot of time building up the Tara-Pam feud. It's not just that Tara was part of the Wicca Circle that attacked Eric and erased his memory but that Tara was a part of the circle that ruined Pam's looks. In Pam's world that is unforgivable.

But since Pam is in the doghouse with Eric, she'll do anything to get back into his good graces so I suspect that he'll force Pam to turn Tara in order to save Tara and make Sookie happy.

This has been a topic before and it does seem that the only way Tara -can- come back is to be turned.. but it will surely be wonderfully twisted if Pam is the one forced to save her.

Or if the mighty Russell steps in and claims her..Tara would be tres powerful then

The 'she kinda becomes a new woman' thing.. Could be that Tara loves being a vamp and gives Pam a run for her money in the ruthlessness arena.

That Tara, she is always so hungry!
