Delightful book if it's the one I'm thinking of. Nuns befriend some hippies living on a commune next door, while there's dirty work afoot.

I'm going to look for it again.

Forgot all about the Mrs Pollifax books...read them all when I was in high school after exhausting Agatha Christie books 😉
