My middle son who lives with me and I went out to a movie this afternoon and just got home.

We saw A Beautiful Day In the Neighborhood starring Tom Hanks. It was my son's choice and wasn't what I expected at all but it turned out to be well worth the price of admission and snacks. That was
due not only to good acting and good writing but the fact that it was the best therapy session I've had
in my life, and that's saying something because I have had lots of therapy experience here and there.
I recommend this movie to everyone who isn't afraid to sit through a movie with damp eyes. The only drawback was that I didn't get enough butter on my popcorn, but then I never do!

Tom Hanks always raises the level of ANY movie he's in, I just love him. Thirdly Mr. Rogers was such a decent, yet interesting man, and this is a moving story of his success.

Three reasons for me to love this movie!
