I've always felt that the SW flicks were the best space operas as yet seen on film- and yes, I do
actually *like* the convoluted plots, cheesy dialogue, and scenery-chewing...

I'm in total agreement except your rating of the new one.
But, only because I haven't seen it.
I don't disagree, and trust your opinion. But, I'm clueless on the new movie.

It completely shits on everything established by the past movies and doesn't even have a very satisfying ending. But I guess you'll enjoy it if you're just a casual viewer.
