homemade microwaved is super easy and a little less fat than pan popped

brown paper lunch sack, 1/4 to 1/3 cup of kernels. fold bag over two times. nuke for 1 min 30 seconds to 2 minutes (gotta learn on your own microwave)

1 to 3 tablespons of butter, just foamed and barely browned

salt to taste

SO good with a real coke or an orange soda

second fave is real baked caramel corn, but that is too much work so only during holidays
