Can I buy hearts and have DU give them out randomly.

I don't really know anyone here that well and would just like DU to just pass them around.

Is there an algorithm to do that?

But it's really easy to pass them out randomly. Just give em to the first people you see who don't have hearts yet.

As I remember, they post that they are giving out hearts and they ask if anyone would like one.

I’ve been given hearts anonymously in the past. Apparently, you can just choose a DU member to whom you give a heart.

Buy some hearts. Then look at and read as per usual and you will see a link saying give a heart. Click the link and voila!
