That dog is suffering from a neurological disorder that affects mobility. and he has no skeletal structure so he couldn't stand up if it wanted to. How horrible!

It takes me forever because they keep jumping up and rolling and playing. I don't have the heart to make them stop because it provides so much joy. I simply have to proceed in steps.
