And it isn't honorary either. Dr. May went up the education ladder, did the coursework, got the higher degrees, and even discovered a star (no, not Freddie). I'm pretty sure his dissertation turned into a book. He also builds his own guitars and invented that reverb thingy that they used on "Now I'm Here".

All 4 of Queen's members met while in college. Just like the Doors, Chicago, and Steely Dan (with a drummer named Chevy Chase) among other famous bands.
