Our cleaning lady has called us to let us know she's working from home ...

she's going to e-mail us instructions and directions to the pail, mop, sweeper and cleaning rags.

She is a very good-hearted immigrant from the Ukraine who is VERY happy to have someone to speak Russian with (her German is still a little shaky). Her husband is apparently quite the handy man (I have two or three left thumbs, I forgot how many), and is willing to come over and help with a few things as well. My wife pays them well (I am not consulted, just told to leave money out), so they are happy to come help out with things we are too incompetent to do ourselves. They are great in number.
