The whole world needed to pause two months ago

It’s been happening piecemeal which makes me leery for the future but it’s starting in the US finally

If you’re looking for a serious answer, I’ll nominate the term from Liu Cixin’s “The Three Body Problem.” People had no idea what to call a period of time worse than the Great Depression, so it was named the Great Ravine.
