The DU Lounge

I have my DirecTV's satellite thingy tuned to their Light Classical channel while cruising around on DU tonight. At a fairly low volume it's a pleasant background noise.
All of a sudden I heard a sound that made my ears perk up. They were playing something that sounded like a violin but not quite. It wasn't quite a human voice, either. I looked up at the read-out on the tv screen... someone was playing Tchaikovsky's Serenade Melancolique on a theremin!
I turned the sound up and listened until the number was finished. It was very odd to hear classical music played on such an off-beat instrument but I have to admit - it was hauntingly beautiful.
