Who's cooler, Me or an ice cube in your freezer?

The answer should be obvious.

You as a warm-blooded mammal (in this case: homo sapiens sapiens) have a presumed median body temperature of 98.6'F +/-3' and you'd be dead of heat-loss hypothermia if your core temperature dropped below 86'F longer than a few moments. Over the span of approximately 12-24 hours following demise, core temperatures drop to room temperature in temperate and tepid climates.

Ice cubes in the freezer have a median temperature of 20'F.

Unless you're dead in the Antarctic, you're not going to be anywhere near as cool as an ice cube in my freezer. You're just not.

Science!
