Is the blue D-in-a-Circle logo trademarked by the party? I'm aware it's not necessarily copyrighted, since it's just a simple shape with a letter in it, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's free to use for commercial purposes, like selling it emblazoned on t-shirts.
