how much the rent was before the reduction. Not that it isn't exciting to think that your landlord my not be a greedy republican bastard but, is this significant or is he now going to stop paying the water and garbage?
Sorry for the cynicisim but I'm about half way through Howard Zinn's "A Peoples History..." and capitalists seem to be bad people.

The biggest difference is since my new landlord's lawn mower/snowblower rental/repair shop is next door, he needs to expand his shop, and they'll build a storage shed in the backyard.

We are losing our big backyard though.
My three neighbors have dogs, so that will affect them.
