You have to know which side is affected before you do it, though, or you could make it worse.
There is a test the doc can do to determine that.
Drinking kefir will help your gut flora recover from the antibiotics.

I had bvvp decades ago for several weeks and it was awful. You've got my sympathy.

I'm susceptible to sinus and ear infections, so I sympathize. That BVVP (I had to google it) sounds dangerous. If you are on stairs, make sure to grip the banister tight.
