I've had 4 cockers in my life, 3 were rescue. They need regular grooming, including those ears!

My screen kept getting all blurry and shaky.
Well. Once I could see, it looks like he really enjoys those belly rubs.
We had several Cocker Mutts at home when I was growing up.
One was a blond female we took in. Her name was Goldie. She lived about 12yrs after we got her at 1-2.

grooming, etc. I know they have a budget, but this dog spent YEARS in poor conditions.

He could have just arrived and been in that condition when he got to the shelter.
