My SIL and her family live there. We stopped for gas and at the traffic light on the way out, a horse and buggy pulled up right beside me. The look on the dog's face was priceless - "WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT THING????"

we have to charge all those crazies from out-of-state who come to Delaware for our cheap booze, cheap cigarettes and tax-free shopping.
Those of us instate know all the back roads.
