(8,600 posts)I'm one of the chicks who spray painted DISCO SUCKS on the wall of the smoking area at my high school one night the summer we graduated. Yea I know, the smoking area part dates me - but it was right by the parking lot! (1977)

(8,600 posts)Although if you wanted to smoke reefer between classes you had to go out to the parking lot. *****'s van usually had something going on if you were looking for it, and just like a movie when the bell rang the back doors would fly open, smoke would envelope the open space and a gang of giggly teenagers would emerge to go to calculus or something. Funny how many of the stoners were the brainy ones too.
Well anyway, t was the mid to late 70's. A cross between Dazed and Confused and That 70's Show. Most of us ended up as responsible adults.

(8,600 posts)It was not developed around the high school at that time (it is now, very much) so they would have had to pull way up into the parking lot right by the cafeteria to have seen us. And we didn't stay long
