One egg, scrambled with a mushroom and either chives or green onion (from garden) plus some greens (generally arugula but this week Ive been using sweet potato greens).
1/2 cup of cut up potatoes, air fried for 15 minutes. Three thin slices of Canadian bacon (more like super thin ham).
Plus 1/2 cup of home canned unsweetened applesauce.
And water. Lots of water.
