My friend knew the gentleman who did the pouring in the tasting room at Laphroig. He was very generous with his wares. We did everything from the 10 year olds to the specialty kegs. I lost count after the fifth pour.😄🥃

While alcohol is my favorite form of calories, I have to restrict them to the ones that nourish me, and keep me going through clinic every day.

but as I was getting ready to go out I was feeling woozy and it was still very hot so I skipped the bike ride to the liquor store. I need to remember to cut my Lisinopril in half because my blood pressure isn't that bothersome right now (120/88).

The default for this evening is a frozen pouch of piña colada tonight. My catnip dealer didn't make it up last weekend because he had transportation issues, so I'm hoping that he shows up today. I need a cattitude adjustment.

Was in Aldi’s yesterday and was examining the spiked root beer, but then looked at the sugar level...over 50g ... holy crapola I thought, better get my chips and veggies and get the hell out of here before my A1C rises just from looking...

I have other means of enjoyment which requires less resources, less cost per toke and way less calories...

I ain’t judgin, just seems like I got too soon old, and toooo late smart...
