Underboob. Now that's a word that was not often used in my generation.

The article is about a fangirl who annually attends Comic-Con. Apparently she dresses up for the occasion. This year it's some character that is known for underboob.

NOTE: If you're a female, you do NOT under ANY circumstances want to do karate without a sports bra. Trust me, I've heard the complaints.

There was an NBC standards rule that forbid the showing of the underside of a woman’s breast, a rule that caused Star Trek’s original costume designer William Ware Theiss to quip, “What do they think, moss grows there?”

From the tvtropes board...

The Making of Star Trek: The Original Series mentioned how showing this was absolutely forbidden by the network censors, and scripts mentioning costumes frequently got notes back warning against showing the area below the nipple. "Perhaps the censors think moss grows there."
