It was 24 years ago today I had front row for Robert Plant in concert

and during the 2nd chorus of 'In the Mood' he reached out and grabbed my hand and held it while he sang.

My friends and I worked for a few months in Cali to get the money and drive across the country to Madison Square, where Zep played a whole week of gigs. We were there on the first night and the last. Freakin amazing. Then we saw em again in LA at the (erstwhile) Forum. The famous 77 tour.

And Plant really was a golden God back then. Age has not been kind to him, but he's far more humble and substantial now. Makes for a better artist, I think!
