Question for those who've never left North America but would like to go.

Which continent would you like to visit, and why?

Where would you go within that continent?

Kama'aina = local person, as opposed to malihini, visitor or foreigner.

edit; Hawai'i is considered part of Oceania, that is, Australia plus the Pacific islands.

To see the really unique flora and fauna. And to watch the water go down the drain in the opposite direction (it doesn't!)

winter over at the Amundsen Scott South Pole Station just to say that I did it.

Now that they've upgraded the housing to a single elevated building it doesn't seem as rugged as it used to but I bet it's quite an experience to be there over the winter.

Both in Osaka, and Miyazaki. I would love to visit them, since I don't have any siblings, it would be cool to meet members of my extended family.

and then the continent (Germany and Belgium for sure) and then to Japan and possibly other asian places.

In that order.

My current state of world travel outside the USA is Ciudad De Acuna (across the Rio Grande from Del Rio, TX) and Brandon, Manitoba CA and both of those were before I was 11 so I don't really remember a bunch of either trip.

But I did go the Maryland Death Fest 3 years in a row and that was kind of foreign inside the gates. (not foreign to me but to everyone else I know)
