List the dumbest lapse-in-logic in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES

The more realistic a fantasy movie tries to be, the more glaring the plot hole. And this, the first Nolan film to collapse under its own portentious weight, has oodles.

My pick: Bruce Wayne's miraculous three-month spinal recovery. (As it turns out, all you need to fix a dislodged vertabrae is to be strung up and punched in the back.)

billionaire playboy can transform himself into a lethal fighting machine, dress up like a giant bat, and zip around the city fighting crime without becoming an anonymous bullet-ridden corpse buried in a shallow grave on the outskirts of Gotham within his first two weeks of action, everything else seems a bit nit-picky.
