My jalapenos recipe--

I grow jalapenos and let the plants get dry once in a while. I think that is what makes mine so freakin' hot.
I picked two this afternoon and I diced them small. These are way too hot to eat plain, believe me.
I put them in a pan with a small amount of water, very small, but the steam will get you if you inhale it.
When the water is gone I put a small slab of butter in the pan and cook that down.
The result is crisp jalapeno with most of the heat gone, but the flavor remains.
Sprinkle the pieces on your baked potato or your eggs--just so tasty.
Warning!--Wash your hands well after touching raw jalapenos! Don't touch your eyes!!

I love hot stuff, but I sweat when I eat it. My face and scalp literally drip with sweat. I think it's healthy.
At least I know I have no intestinal parasites.

my mouth is watering. I love to dice up jalapenos into an omelet with onion, pepperchinis, pepper jack cheese and top it with hot sauce.
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I've grown pepper plants for years. If you want them hotter, wait until the leaves start to curl and dry out before you water them again. If you want them milder, just keep the soil damp all the time.
