With the way names were changed when families came to America, maybe they are shirttail cousins?

(5,125 posts)Kind of a technical PLUS 1 instrument for this video..... but it was MAINLY vocals crushing a Metallica cover of Nothing Else Matters
He COULD have done beatbox while playing the violin, but they though it wasn't a good look. The whole ambiance was scaled back to black and the lights because Nothing Else Matters is from the Black Album

(5,125 posts)USE HEADPHONES to get the FULL effect..... there are sub-harmonic low notes that will vibrate in your chest.

(5,125 posts)They do some editing in post production to enhance the experience, but their voices are still their main instruments.
Layne did add violin once or twice but we forgive him.
And in solo work, Geoff (Tall guy on the right) does play piano and a slap bass can be heard in Sound of Silence.
