Silent Running by Mike and the Mechanics

Heard this tonight at Walgreen's while I was waiting for a prescription. Blast from the past, I remember this from my college days in the mid 1980s.

From 1985. Not exactly sure what story this video is trying to tell. It's kind of a mess in that sense -- from the "throw some weird images together with some vague plot line, that'll work" school of film making?

and their song Par Avion are two of my absolute favorites.

This video is a huge mess....I agree, no clue what's going on.
