Walnuts- highly touted as an excellent source of anti-inflammatory omega-3 essential fatty acids
Almonds; sunflower seeds; dried apricots and other dried fruits, snipped or chopped into smaller pieces; dried cranberries (Craisins®): they come in cherry, orange, and other flavors, too.

I can't really give proportions, we just basically do it visually. No batch would ever be quite the same, but that's ok. Small pineapple cubes/tidbits, papaya tidbits, flake style dried coconut, sunflower seeds, almonds, macadamias, and .... we used raw cashews. I think you could probably substitute something like hull-less roasted pumpkin seeds for the raw cashews, or just omit.

We have found the "tidbit" style dried fruits at Hiller's markets, I don't know if there is one of those near your end of "The D" or not.
