I'll pay extra if you can get it from Jiro.

Half-priced value pack of 10 pieces, for about 30 yen (40 cents) per piece. It includes maguro, minced maguro, tako, tamago, ikura, ika, ebi, and I'm not sure what else.

The trick is to get to the store right when they're putting the half-price stickers on-- these value packs sell out quickly at that price

Rice on the bottom, tamago (the little orange eggs), then avocado, then crab, then maguro - that brilliant jewel-red tuna, then you compress it down, in this little rectangular box form, lift the box away, and slice it in six pieces. Serve with this creamy mayonnaise sauce and it's SHEER HEAVEN!

Or, just make me a California roll or a Rainbow roll and I'll be happy!
