So, now that I've managed to somehow (against the odds) stick to an exercise program for just shy of 90 days and a diet for a month and a half, I fear I'm reaching that limit. So what is left for work?

Seriously...

Can anyone assure me that our motivation is not a finite supply?

If I have to answer one more email at work today from the same person asking me EXACTLY the same thing they asked 5 times this week already, I'm likely to start screaming or fall into an insane stupor.
