"The ladies in Gangnam (area of Seoul) are proper by day and naughty by night. This from an interview I saw with Psy, who is cute as kittens himself. He's in shock over this whole thing.

"Oppa": Older brother (addressed by female)

Also "Gangnam" is a very ritzy area (Like Beverly Hills) in South Korea. Home to a lot of hard working kids who love to party at night!

Nothing quite like the sight of 2 overweight 40 yr old's horseclopping around in the parking lot while listening to the song. Yup... next time we will charge admission

Now I know it's a phenomenon, and there are some great military guy imitation versions. This one is far better of course and this guy is going to be a megastar!

The Japanese women must be helping since supposedly the Korean guys are super popular there.

It is a very classy place in South Korea, much like Beverly Hills. According to Psy, kids there work very hard during the day but are hell raisers and party hardy at night. The song reflects that. Psy is a very interesting person.. He has done an 80 minute interview if anyone is interested. (English Subbed.)

the one with the red sports car. Actually, I’m not sure if it’s a male or female, but the dancing is so fluid and supple. For me there’s something really cool about a bunch of Koreans doing something so hip and at the cutting edge of pop music. It’s like the world got smaller and people got closer, even if it’s in a language I can’t understand.
