I'll keep you company, sweetie, but only for about ten minutes...

I have to get to my occupational therapy to strengthen my wrist! I sprained it a few weeks back, and wow, did that baby hurt!

The therapy really is helping.

I hope your weekend is not too awful...

I'm getting back into the swing if things now. I picked an interesting time to go back to work, fall tax season. I also decided to devote resources of time and money to my health, I joined a club, enrolled in their weight loss program and bought 3 months with a personal trainer.
