Judi Dench as "M" is masterful.
-------
*Lazenby who not a professional actor and only appeared in one film, was considered the "stop-gap" Bond and thus never really had a chance to develop his Bond personality.

As Batman and as the mayor of Quahog..

And so I love Roger Moore's Bond but I freely admit that he places higher in my list than the lists of other people because he was my first Bond.

13. After Craig's Casino Royale, any previous Bond film is like Wayne's True Grit

After the Coen Brothers' version. That is, watchable for nostalgia's sake and maybe out of some sense of cinematic history, but they're dinosaur films, most of them.

Dench does a lot to redeem Goldeneye and the other Brosnan films, but Craig's Bond is altogether more interesting to me as a character.
