I bought a fancy cat tree for $100 and they would rather sit in empty boxes that cost nothing. The smaller the better, too.

My fat cat, Rex, loves nothing more that to wedge himself in a shoe box, small basket. etc. He gets himself in there with one whole leg and his head sticking out and just purrs. I call him anti-claustrophobic. There has to be a better term for it.

No one knows for sure, but there are theories...

I've never had a cat, but I'd like to some day. I'll have to keep this in mind!

I had a cat that liked to type and surf the net. He got very upset if I didn't let him play with the computer once a day!

I cut off the bottom of gallon plastic bottles and use them for mini greenhouses for veggies in the spring. Works for late frosts.
