I forget what it's called. That's a very nice cat because brushing it in that spot is probably uncomfortable. If I touch my cat Tennessee on his hindquarters, he'll give me a good swat.

condition and makes that area very sensitive. Check with your vet. I got a special cream for my female kitty.

I never had a cat that didn't love being skritched at that base of the tail. It's most likey a female, BTW, because most calicoes and tortoiseshell cats are.

All tortoiseshell kitties are female. Color is sex-linked in cats.

It doesn't explain the strange sounds she was making. I just like to spout trivia.
