YoungerGreenKid went as a hippie for Halloween. (Pics inside) Mind you, he only decided this at 9pm

last night!! Sent me running all through the house to find this stuff and make him a sign. (I wish my parents could have seen him. He was wearing an awful lot of their pins, and Dad's dog tags and peace necklace.)

green one which reads, "We belong to the Earth, the Earth does not belong to us." I thought maybe he would have gone with the flashiness of the yin-yang.

done it for him. Sometime I will have to see if I can find a pair of her jeans and take a pic. (I mean jeans from a couple of years ago. She was still into stitching stuff on them )

Sometimes she dresses Hippyish anyway for school. I tell her she is a reincarnated Hippy. Handsome boy you got there!

neat he was willing to do it for Halloween.

I agree that he is handsome. I wish I could get him to smile, but I doubt that will happen until the braces come off.

him if he wore them over the top he would look more 80s. LOL (He has very poofy hair when not restrained like that.)

wore it for the school parade, and everybody wanted to read his pins and dog tags and asked if they were real. (Which they were. Dad was in the Navy. Didn't serve in Viet Nam, but did serve during that time period.) The pins weren't from the 60s. All replicas, except for the newer ones that came out during **'s reign.
