Why are there NO soccer socks in the color BROWN?!1 & believe me I've LOOKED!1

I'm a bit obsessive (NO, REALLY!1) and need to have black shoes and brown. And I don't like to give up shorts totally for the winter, so one option is SOCCER SOCKS. So the black or blue are not a problem, but I have done a fairly obsessive search for BROWN, both in local outlets and on the web, and there are NO brown. The closest have been hiking type or skiing, but these seem too heavyweight.

Think a humongous pot belly complemented by soccer socks. It's a horrible, horrible thing.

The hitch now is that they have a 12-pairs minimum on most of their stuff. There is also a color "Vegas Gold" that looks like it might be tan. So West Chester is west of Philadelphia, eh.

I'm not sure how thick soccer socks are, but I think you'll find various types of long socks under these descriptions, from different sources.
