So, if you're staying home Tuesday night, glued to the tv, what will you be snacking on?

I was at the store today. So far I grabbed a big can of cashews, a couple bags of gummy bears, and some Hansen's Mandarin/Lime Soda just to have around. I will probably grab me some kind of crackers and hit the deli and have them slice me some hard salami super-thin.

on edit: or, if you're with a campaign, dish a little here on what you're hoping to be doing or invited to

going to my favorite Mexican restaurant for lunch on Tuesday and getting some of their beef queso with chips and salsa to go. I did that for one of the debates. If I don't do that I may get a Papa John's Pizza.

Papa John is a major Romney supporter who complained he'd have to raise pizza prices by 14 cents because of Obamacare.

and possibly "trash"

To make trash, combine whatever nuts, party mixes and crunchie cereals you have in the cupboard in a big bowl. Stale cereals work well, you can give them life by warming in a 350 degree oven for about 7 or so minutes. Warming old nuts and stale party mixes works too. Throw everything back in the bowl.

Using some white or chocolate coating chocolate from the store, heat until melted in the microwave. Do this by placing chunks in a microwave bowl, heat for a couple of minutes, stir and reheat until completely melted.

Coat the "trash" in the big bowl. Melt more white chocolate coating if you need to and repeat. When you've coated your mixture to your taste, spread the mixture onto a cookie sheet covered in aluminum foil and let set. Once the coating has hardened, break the thing up and put in an airtight container or plastic bags. Munch away.

I'll do all of the barn chores, feed everyone, and maybe check online to see updates. Probably not though; being only two days into where my work day goes an hour later into the dark, I'll probably be asleep before I have a chance to think about it, and will find out what happened in the morning.

I will break out the bourbon and switch on PBS, and then CNN and back to PBS, then C-Span, then PBS. I will time each channel change by how long it takes me to consume 1 bourbon and water. I suspect it may be a late night, but I won't go to bed until I hear a concession speech...I remember 2000 too vividly. I will be a Zombie the next day, but as they say... Oh Well!
