just because someone is vegan or vegetarian for that matter does not necessarily mean that they are looking for a turkey substitute. Many, many options are available! Just saying.

2. I have no problem with two of my daughters being vegetarian.

But I think buying a soy patty that is made up to resemble meat is somehow missing the point. It can't be healthy! A traditional food like tofu has stood the test of time, but a factory made imitation just bothers me!

What I don't like are the molded soy products that are imitation meat.
