The first one, просьба убрать номер, means "Please clean the room".

The second one reads просьба не беспокоить, which means "Please do not disturb". Without the "small b" at the end, in other words, просьба не беспокоит, it would mean "Please don't worry".

My Russian teacher constantly bitched at us for not getting that sound right but she couldn't even pronounce a fucking "W" - "Verb wheel" came out as "Verb Veal".

On Edit: And I prefer "pazhalsta" to "prosba" (neither work with English letters).

"Please remove the room" is
Пожалуйста, удалите номер

"Please do not worry" is
Пожалуйста не беспокойтесь

It's almost correct. The green sign means "Please clean" and the red one means "DO NOT DISTURB"
