Tax question.

I know not to take advice off the internet without verifying it but if anyone knows anything about this or can point me to where I can find it on the IRS site, then that would be great. I had to take a trip for my own business this year and used a frequent flyer ticket and hotel points for a free night. Can I expense the flight and hotel stay at what their normal value would have been? Or will I just have to bite it on those?
