Okay we each have one. A guilty Pleasure Be it a TV show, song, artist, movie, book, etc
Just for fun what is your one guilty pleasure you don't mind admitting too.
Earlier last year I nearly died. My recovery is for the most part really good. I am doing good but I get viruses easily and something like a simple cold can turned into something major for me. So much so I am treated with Steriods.
So while recovering my friend got me started reading a series of Murder mysteries. Now I would call them Agatha Christie like Too me it is more fluff than anything for what they are they are written very good BUT considering most of the stuff I do read it would have never been on my radar. But my friend said I need something light and fun to read.
So I will admit I am hooked on these "Cupcake Bakery Mysteries"

(53,661 posts)And I read some fiction online, not just here, I hope, LOL.
Wishing you continue to recover as the year progresses. Take good care of yourself. Having good feelings, some mental pleasure, is half of getting well, or so I've found.

(53,661 posts)Aztec Chili Hot Chocolate
1 2/3 cups milk
1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
1 red chili pepper, split with seeds removed
1 cinnamon stick, around 3-4"
1 1/2 oz chocolate (bittersweet)
Simmer milk in a saucepan with vanilla bean, cinnamon and chili. Heat through for about a minute. Whisk in grated chocolate, and continue to simmer until melted. Remove from heat and let 'steep' for another 10 minutes. Strain out the spices and serve. Serves 2.
Comida Mexicana is the food of the gods for me.

(8,383 posts)I still love it, eight years later. I follow it on a few websites, watch sneak peeks, and read spoilers. I'm a sucker for the Meredith/Derek love affair (now marriage).
And, it comes back after a two-month break...tomorrow!

(719 posts)There. I said it.
I know...it's just a sitcom.
But I've always had a sneaker for Valerie Bertinelli and Peri Gilpin.
And it's on in fifteen minutes!!

(10,000 posts)While I dislike the contrived reality show drama (like Dave and Jerrod getting up in each others faces), I like it because it is kind of a cross between "Antiques Roadshow" and "Let's Make A Deal." You don't quite know what anyone is getting in a locker, but you see some lockers where they find some interesting stuff. My favorite was when Dave Hester bought $29K in brand new vending machines for $1350.

(5,364 posts)I eat red meat only a few times a year, but now and then I go on a binge and crave the salty/fatty taste of cured meats.
