That's a strong apology and I don't have a problem with the guy.

Almost everyone has at least once in their life said something incredibly stupid and hurtful, but most of us don't have it recorded in history for all time to come back at us later.

...anyone made about a war based on BS about WMD's etc, we would have been pretty well off. Unfortunately, others express their outrage over Iraq in more fatal ways.
